Take a red pepper. And that's where you take the top off. There is a super simple dip in the bell pepper, which you can then dip your snack vegetables in. Nice for on the table when you have guests.
Of course you had already seen the summer special full of tasty dips from our Annemiek. And because dipping has almost endless possibilities, we'll share another fun one with you below.
1 large red bell pepper
4 tablespoons low-fat yogurt
1.5 tablespoons halvanaise (or similar product)
parsley
lemon juice
snack vegetables of your choice
Cut off the top of the bell pepper. And hollow out the bell pepper with a knife (or spoon) until all the seeds are out. This is how you made a great dip holder. Then mix the yogurt with the halvanaise, pour in the lemon juice and whisk in the chopped parsley as well. Keep mixing until it is thick enough to pass for a dipping sauce. Now you can pour it right into the hollowed out bell pepper. Serve the snack vegetables on a nice platter.
