Ingredients (for 7 fruit and vegetable bags): 5 apples • 5 pears • 2 cups of blueberries • 2 cups of fresh coconut • 5 carrots • 1 cucumber • two cups of cherry tomatoes • three red peppers
Chop all the fruit and make a large fruit salad. Add the coconut and divide the fruit salad into small freezer bags or containers. Do the same with the vegetables and freeze.

Who says oatmeal is only good for breakfast? You can also have a (savory) lunch with it. Freeze the pear chai oatmeal batter and thaw one the day you plan to use it for lunch. Warm up for two to three minutes in the microwave at 1000 watts. Tip:crumble some goat cheese over the cake before heating it in the microwave.
Ingredients (for 10 muffin tins): 5 pears • 10 eggs • 150 g oatmeal • 5 tsp baking powder • 1 tbsp cinnamon • 3 tsp cardamom • 1 tsp nutmeg • 1 tsp ginger • 1 tsp allspice • pinch salt
Peel the pears and grate them finely. Place them in a large bowl and mix with the eggs. Add the oats, baking powder, spices and salt and mix well. Place the oatmeal dough in silicone muffin tins and freeze them well covered.
Beans are a little known ingredient for baking, but they are super healthy and full of carbohydrates, protein and fiber. That's why it's best to have lunch with these brownies.
Ingredients: 400 g black beans (1 can) • 3 small bananas • 2 eggs • 4 tbsp (raw) cocoa powder • 3 tbsp honey • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil (butter is also allowed) • 2 tsp baking powder • some sea salt
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Drain the black beans well. Place them in a blender with all the other ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour the batter into a brownie tin and bake in the oven for about thirty minutes. Preferably let the brownies cool overnight in the fridge.
This bread tastes like a combination of cake, gingerbread and bread. A good slice is good. The buckwheat flour is nutritious and easy to digest.
Ingredients: 3 ripe bananas • ginger slice, finely chopped • 50 g soaked dates, pitted • 3 eggs • 100 g buckwheat flour • 50 g chestnut or almond flour • 1 tsp baking powder • pinch of salt • 50 g walnuts and hazelnuts
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Place the soaked dates and bananas in the blender and blend everything until smooth. Break the eggs into a bowl and beat them lightly. Add the banana mixture, flour, salt, baking powder, nuts and ginger to the eggs. Mix everything well and pour the batter into a cake tin. Bake the bread for about fifty minutes.
