Without butter, sugar or other additives, puffed corn is super healthy.

How to make popcorn

Heat a skillet with a lid. Add a layer of oil and let it heat up well. Put some dried corn kernels in the pan, not too much; the grains become up to eight times as large. Shake the pan so that the grains are coated with oil. Pop the corn and enjoy!

You can make the popcorn sweet or salty, or opt for one of these variations of popcorn. Or try cauliflower popcorn.
