Preheat the oven to 100°C. Peel two apples and remove the cores. Slice the apples into thin apple rings. Place the apple slices on a baking tray lined with baking paper and let them dry in the oven for about 90 minutes until crispy. Let the apple chips cool on a plate and sprinkle with cinnamon if desired.
