Tired of finding your salad all wilted in the fridge?
Considering the price of the salad today, it's a mess!
So how do you keep a salad fresh?
Luckily, here's the trick to keeping the salad crunchy for much longer.
The trick is to keep it in the fridge with Sopalin sheets to absorb the humidity:
Contents
1. Wash the salad well.
2. Squeeze the cleaned salad with a spinner. Swirl it 2 to 3 times to remove as much water as possible.
3. Place the salad on paper towels for a few minutes.
4. Once well drained, wrap the salad with Sopalin.
5. Put everything in a large freezer bag (or Ziplock).
6. Close the bag and put it in the vegetable drawer.
There you go, you will be able to keep your crunchy salad in the fridge for as long as possible :-)
