To spice up your skewers, let your meat cubes rest in a very simple marinade, for example. You will see that the meat will be even more tender!
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of cumin
- thyme, bay leaf, 2 cloves of garlic, salt and pepper

1. Mix all the ingredients in a dish.
2. Put leftover meat in it.
3. Mix well.
4. Let the meat marinate for at least an hour in the fridge.
5. Cut the leftover meat into pieces.
