- 4 black puddings (plain or with onion)

- 4 Golden type apples

- 50 g of butter

- Salt &pepper

How to

Preparation:10 min - Cooking:15 min

1. Peel and core the apples then cut them into strips.

2. Then cook them in a skillet over low heat with half the butter for 15 minutes.

3. Cover so that the apple pieces do not dry out and caramelize slightly.

4. Meanwhile, in another skillet, heat the rest of the butter over high heat and add the sausages.

5. Cook over high heat for 10 minutes then lower the heat and let the sausages brown for 5 minutes.

6. Season with salt and pepper.

7. Arrange the apple slices on the plates and place the black sausages on top.
