The 2 ingredients
- 1 Greek yogurt
- 400 g wheat flour and baking powder
1. In a large bowl, pour the flour.
2. Add a big pinch of salt.
3. Add a heaped teaspoon of baking powder.
4. Make a well in the flour.
5. Add the Greek yogurt to the well.
6. Mix with your fingers until the ingredients are well incorporated.
7. Sprinkle some flour on your work surface.
8. Knead the dough for 5 to 8 minutes, until it is very smooth. If necessary, add a little flour until your dough sticks only slightly to your fingers.
9. Roll out your pizza dough with a floured rolling pin to a thickness of about 1cm.
10. Top the dough with your favorite ingredients.
There you go, your pizza is ready to bake! Put it in a preheated oven at 230°C for 10 to 12 min.
With this recipe, you will have 2 medium-sized pizza doughs or one large-sized pizza dough.
The 2 ingredients
- 400 g wheat flour and baking powder
- 350 ml semi-skimmed milk
- optional:1 tablespoon of brown sugar
- optional:4 tablespoons of melted butter
1. Place the flour in a large bowl.
2. Add a heaped teaspoon of baking powder.
3. Using a whisk, gradually add the milk, mixing well. Optional:add a tablespoon of brown sugar to sweeten the mixture.
4. Using a tablespoon, make thick patties about 3 cm in diameter by placing them on a well-buttered baking sheet. Do not leave too much space between each patty.
5. If you wish, pour a little melted butter on each of the patties.
6. Bake them at 230°C for about 20 mins, until lightly golden on top. But be careful not to overcook them or they will lose their delicious moistness.
7 . Let cool on a wire rack.
The 2 ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, 200 g each
- homemade vinaigrette
1. In a deep plate, pour the homemade vinaigrette over the chicken breasts and cover with cling film.
2. Let everything marinate for 1 hour or, ideally, overnight in the refrigerator.
3. Place them on a sheet of parchment paper.
4. Grill the chicken breasts in the oven at 180°C over a fan oven for 30 minutes, turning them from time to time.
If you are making this recipe on the barbecue, grill them until the meat runs clear of the cooking juices.

- 1 sachet of grated coconut of 115 g
- 1 can of sweetened condensed milk of 170 g
1. In a salad bowl and using a wooden spatula, add the condensed milk to the coconut little by little. Continue until the mixture becomes pasty.
2. Preheat your oven to 180°C, fan-assisted.
3. On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, make small balls using two teaspoons.
5. Put the macaroons in the hot oven.
6. Cook them for 7 to 10 minutes, watching them carefully.
7. Take them out quickly as soon as they start to brown.
8. Let them cool on a wire rack.
For an even more gourmet pleasure, you can also dip your macaroons once cooled in melted chocolate. Yum!

- 4 large eggs
- 200 g homemade Nutella
- optional:icing sugar
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C.
2. Lightly butter a rectangular cake pan.
3. In a bowl, break the eggs and beat them vigorously until they foam. If you have a stand mixer like this, beat them for 5-7 min. Otherwise, beat them for 10 minutes with an electric mixer.
4. Heat the homemade Nutella in the microwave for 1 minute. Be sure to use a microwave-safe container, like this one.
5. Take the liquefied Nutella out of the microwave and stir it a little.
6. Gradually pour the Nutella into the beaten eggs and whisk until the mixture is homogeneous.
7. Pour everything into the cake pan and put in the oven for 30 to 35 min.
Tip: to check if the brownies are cooked, plunge the tip of a knife into them:if it comes out clean, your brownies are ready!
8. Take the pan out of the oven and let it cool before cutting the brownies. Warning, wait until they are totally chill!
Gourmands can sprinkle them with icing sugar. Cut into squares and enjoy!

The 2 ingredients
- 2 very ripe bananas
- 150g rolled oats
1. Using a fork, mix the bananas and oats together. Those with a sweet tooth can add little sweets of their choice*.
2. If the batter is too runny, the cookies will flatten out during baking. So add more rolled oats if the mixture seems too liquid for you to obtain a thick cookie dough.
3. Using a tablespoon, make small patties 3 cm in diameter on a buttered baking sheet.
4. Bake for 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C.
5. Let the cookies cool on a wire rack.
*Add according to your tastes:
- 50g chocolate chips
- 50 g crushed walnut kernels
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 50 g raisins
The 2 ingredients
- 300g whole wheat flour
- 1 jar of baby food of about 200 g (beef, chicken, turkey, sweet potatoes, carrots, fruit)
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. In a bowl, mix the flour with the contents of the baby jar. If necessary, add a little flour to form a compact dough.
3. On a floured work surface, roll out the dough to 7mm thickness using a rolling pin.
4. Cut out dog biscuits with a cookie cutter, like this one in the shape of a bone that you can reuse for Halloween. You can also use a simple pizza wheel.
5. Put the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
6. Bake them for 20 min.
7. Cool on a wire rack and store your dog biscuits in a paper bag.
Be careful, if you keep them in a Tupperware, the cookies will become very soft.
Tip: instead of baby food, you can simply mash your leftover vegetables!

- 200g pumpkin puree
- optional:chocolate chips
1. With a whisk or your electric mixer, mix the contents of the bag for cake with the puree. You get a smooth and fairly thick paste.
2. Option for foodies: add and mix a cup of chocolate chips to the batter.
3. Arrange muffin cases like these on a baking sheet. Lightly butter them.
4. Use a tablespoon or a pastry nozzle to put a little of your preparation in each of the cases. In principle, with a sachet of cake preparation, we arrive at about twenty muffins.
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for around 20 minutes.
6. Let your muffins cool on a wire rack and, if desired, add homemade frosting. At home, we like to taste them when they come out of the oven!
