To prepare this recipe, a friend of mine gave me organic chives.

She smells so good and she has an authentic earthy smell!

I used a bunch and paired it with garlic, butter and parmesan cheese.

I usually slice my potatoes to make a kind of hash.

But this time, I left them whole.

It was a great idea, because they were perfectly tender and tender after being roasted in the oven!

These potatoes are absolutely delicious.

Ingredients for 4 people

- 60 g unsalted butter

- 4 cloves of garlic, minced

- 3 tablespoons chopped chives

- 3 pinches of pepper

- 1/4 teaspoon of salt

- 30 g parmesan cheese (in sachet)

- 1 kg small potatoes, washed, rinsed and drained

How to

Preparation time: 10 min - Cooking time: 30 mins

1. Preheat your oven to 200°C.

2. Melt the butter for 30 seconds in the microwave.

3. Add the garlic, chives, pepper, salt and 15 g of parmesan to the melted butter.

4. Stir to mix well.

5. Put the potatoes in a container and pour this mixture over them.

6. Toss the potatoes with the garlic and chive butter.

7. Toss well so that they are evenly coated in the garlic and chive butter.

8. Transfer them to an ovenproof dish or skillet.

9. Cover them with a sheet of baking paper.

10. Roast them for 30 min.

11. After 30 minutes, remove your dish from the oven.

12. Mix again with the garlic and chive butter remaining in the bottom of the dish.

13. Sprinkle the potatoes with the remaining Parmesan.
