- 350 g peeled carrots (choose carrot tops)
- 30g salted butter
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 50g Parmesan powder
- 15g chopped parsley
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
2. Mix the butter and garlic.
3. Coat the carrots with the butter and garlic mixture.
4. Arrange the carrots on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Spread the remaining garlic butter over the carrots.
6. Roast them for 15 min.
7. Cover the carrots with Parmesan.
8. Continue cooking for another 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and lightly browned.
9. Remove the carrots from the oven.
10. Sprinkle them with parsley.
11. Serve immediately.
