Want to store parsley for a long time?
Fresh parsley can be kept for more than a day or two.
But when you have a lot, it's better to keep it longer.
Fortunately, there are effective grandmother's tricks for better storing fresh herbs.

Lay out a small towel on the table plan. Wash the parsley, drain it and lay it on the towel, spreading the sprigs well.
Fold the napkin like a "roll" cake and store it in the refrigerator. The fabric will absorb excess moisture.
As soon as you need herbs for the kitchen you help yourself, then you roll up the towel again. Kept like this, parsley holds up well for more than a week.
If you plan to consume parsley quickly, this is the easiest way to hold the herbs. Put your bunch of parsley (with stems) in a glass or bowl filled with fresh water in the refrigerator and be sure to change the liquid daily.
Parsley will not wilt from the first day, you can flavor your potatoes, salads, homemade omelettes and other dishes for several days.

Of course, there is freezing to keep the herbs fresh, but that can be an extra expense.
If you don't have Tupperware, you will have to buy some or take freezer bags. Count at least 2 € of investment. Admittedly it's not much, but if we can save them, it's not bad either.
