For 4 people
- 110 g of flour
- 110g of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 100 g of butter
- 2 teaspoons of yeast
- 2 organic lemons
1. Preheat your oven to 180° (th. 6).
2. Wash your lemons.
3. Collect all the juice and all the zest (by grating them).
4. In a container, mix eggs and sugar.
5. Add flour and baking powder, stir.
6. Add the melted butter, stir.
7. Add the zest and juice of the lemons and mix.
8. Pour into a buttered cake tin.
9. Bake approx. 40 min.
And that's all ! Your cake is ready to eat :-)
