Easy and Light:the Lemon Flan Recipe Revealed by my Dietician.

Want to treat yourself to a good, light and easy-to-make dessert?

This is often my dilemma too...

Luckily my dietician gave me the light recipe for an excellent dessert.

This is the light lemon flan recipe. The icing on the cake (or flan!) is that it is very simple to make. Watch:

Ingredients

- 5 large eggs

- 75g brown sugar

- 5 g lemon extract

- 10 g liquid vanilla

- 500g skimmed milk

How to

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (th 6).

2. Put the sugar in a container.

3. Add the eggs.

4. Pour in the milk.

5. Add the lemon and liquid vanilla extract.

6. Mix in the blender for 1 min.

7. Pour the mixture into small ramekins.

8. Put some water in the bottom of a large dish.

9. Place the filled ramekins in this dish.

10. Put in the oven for 30 min.

11. Take them out of the oven without burning yourself.

Result

There you go, your light lemon flans are already ready :-)

It's easy, isn't it? And you will be able to treat yourself without blowing up the calorie counter.

Remember to let them cool before serving.

Bonus tip

To be sure that the flans are cooked, insert the point of a knife into them. If the blade comes out clean, they are cooked.
