To start the day in great shape, nothing like a good cocktail of mixed fresh fruits, 100% natural.
Creamy and light, with my multivitamin smoothie, I fill up on vitamins in 5 minutes.
I adapt this economical recipe according to seasonal fruits or I take frozen fruits.
And for a 100% vegan light smoothie, I can replace the yogurt with a vegetable milk such as rice milk or almond milk.
Homemade, it is excellent for my line and my wallet. Watch:

- 1 apple or a yellow peach (when in season), a slice of mango, pineapple...
- 2 oranges
- 1 banana
- a handful of frozen berries or 6 strawberries if it's the season.
- 1 plain yogurt
1. Wash the apple (and the strawberries in summer).
2. Cut all the fruit into small cubes.
3. Peelthe banana.
4. Cut it into slices.
5. Put the fruit in a blender.
6. Add the juice of both oranges and yogurt.
7. Mix until you get a nice foam .
8 . Serve your preparation in 2 tall glasses.
There you go, your fresh and vitaminized smoothie is ready :-)
All that remains is to taste it.

Thanks to this simple recipe made up of good fruits, you are full of vitamins and fiber.
This is important, especially in the middle of winter to strengthen your immune system .
No need to take vitamin C supplements! They are expensive and not always effective.
It is better to eat good fresh fruit regularly to get your dose of vitamins.
With a smoothie it's easy.
And even the kids love it!
You can prepare it in the morning, it's quickly done. Or, do it for a snack to recharge the batteries!
Note: If you prefer, you can stop mixing a little before the foam is homogeneous.
This leaves small pieces of fruit but it will be harder to drink through a straw. It's up to you.
To obtain a smooth mixture , mix for 1 minute at maximum speed, stopping for 10 seconds at medium speed at the start.
And, for even more freshness and a hint of color, place a mint leaf in each of the glasses.
