I reveal my quick and easy recipe to make delicious waffles and enjoy them right away.

- 180 g wheat flour
- 250 ml of milk
- 40 g of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of yeast
- vegetable oil (sunflower)
- blender (or whisk)
- salad bowl
- waffle maker
Preparation: 3 mins - Cooking: 3 mins - For 4 people
1. Put all the ingredients in the bowl (or blender), except the oil.
2. Beat the mixture to obtain a smooth paste.
3. Heat the waffle maker.
4. Oil the waffle maker to prevent the dough from sticking.
5. Pour the batter onto the waffle iron plate.
6. Bake your waffles to your liking.
7. Oil and repeat until the end of the waffle batter.
And There you go ! Your homemade waffles are already ready :-)
