Easy, fast and efficient, right?
No more carrots or other vegetables clinging to the grater!
The grater is now well lubricated and it slides on its own.
You will be able to grate your carrots without forcing.
Perfect for making your life easier and making good homemade grated carrots!
Grated carrots, potato pancakes, coleslaw salads or vegetable juliennes are yours.
In addition, the result is much more beautiful, because the vegetables are not shredded or crushed.
This trick works for a manual vegetable grater, mandolins...
...but also for graters in food processors like the Magimix, or electric vegetable graters.
Obviously, this also applies to the cheese grater.
Vegetable oil lubricates the grid of the vegetable grater.
Thus, no need to force the vegetable to grate it, it slides on its own.
