A small piece of eggshell fell into your bowl?
This often happens when breaking eggs for cake or making scrambled eggs.
The problem is that it is far from easy to catch and that you can spend long minutes there!
Fortunately, there is a very simple trick to remove an eggshell in 2 seconds.
The trick is to wet your finger so that the shell sticks to it . Watch:
1. Make sure you have clean hands.
2. Run your finger under cold water.
3. Run your finger under the piece of shell so that it sticks to it on its own.
There you go, you caught the little piece of shell in 2 seconds :-)
Quick and convenient, right? And it works every time!
It's still better than biting into an eggshell in the middle of a meal in your cake or in an omelet.
