The problem is that it's complicated to succeed...

I tried all the techniques, but each time it's a hassle!
Luckily, I've finally found the secret to successful poached eggs every time with a runny yolk.
The chef's trick is to cook them in a bag of cling film . It's quite simple! Watch the video:
- 1 egg
- vegetable oil
- 1 cup or 1 ramekin
- cling film
Preparation: 2 mins - Cooking: 3 mins - For 1 person
1. Start by filling a small saucepan with water and bringing to a boil.
2. Lay a square of cling film over the cup.
3. Oil the cling film.
4. Crack the egg in the center.
5. Close the cling film tightly around the egg.
6. Roll up and tie the film, so as to create a small purse.
7. Slip the purse into the simmering water, for 3 to 4 min depending on the size of the egg.
8. Remove the egg with a slotted spoon.
9. Carefully cut the cling film and serve your poached egg.
