Do you know the recipe for iced coffee?
It's quite simple. It's coffee, milk and ice cubes that we shake.
The problem is that ice cubes made with water dilute the coffee.
The trick to avoid over-diluting the iced coffee is to use coffee ice cubes:
1. Make a good coffee.
2. Pour the coffee into an ice cube tray.
3. Put the tray in the freezer.
There you go, you have prepared an excellent iced coffee :-)
To taste it, all you have to do is take out ice cubes and put them in a glass with milk. Shake, it's ready!
