Nothing more annoying than spending long minutes peeling a hard-boiled egg ...
What's amazing is that you never know why sometimes it's so hard and sometimes so easy.
Here's a tip to take the guesswork out of it.
With this little trick, peeling an egg is a piece of cake.
Watch how to get it right every time:
1. Take out the eggs at room temperature for 10 min.
2. Prick them with a pin.
3. Gently remove the pin from the eggs. They now have a little hole on the shell.
4. Place the eggs in boiling water then lower the heat and put a lid on for 8 min (or 6 min for soft-boiled eggs).
5. Cool the eggs by pouring cold water into the pan.
6. Knock the eggs on a hard surface and peel them.
There you go, the eggs are easy to peel :-)
Simple, practical and effective!
