Ingredients

- 8 slices of stale bread

- ½ liter of milk

- 1 egg

- 4 tablespoons of liquid honey

- A little butter

- A salad bowl

- A frying pan

How to

Preparation: 60 mins - Cooking: 5 mins - For 4 people

1. Pour the milk into the bowl.

2. Add the egg and 2 tablespoons of honey.

3. Beat the mixture.

4. Put the slices of bread in the mixture.

5. Let it soak for an hour so that they are well soaked.
