Ingredients
For about 4 oliebollen
- Butter
- Oil dumplings (cut into thick slices)
- 1 egg
- 100 ml milk
- Sugar
- Teaspoon cinnamon
- Vanilla extract
Get started
- Beat the egg in a bowl and add the milk. If you have vanilla extract at home, you can add a little bit of that too.
- Heat butter in a frying pan.
- Make sure the oliebollen are cut into slices and dip them in the mixture with egg and milk.
- Fry the slices in the frying pan on both sides until they are golden brown. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon over it.
