How to make the French fondue
Add 50-75 grams of crumbled blue-vein cheese to Emmi cheese fondue Family, Le Gruyère or Original while heating to taste. You can also opt for a slightly milder French cheese if you find blue cheese very predominant. Add a nice warm baguette, some fresh vegetables and a good wine, and your French evening is complete!
