Recipe for cottage cheese bread

Delicious and healthy for breakfast or snack.

Ingredients

  • 250 grams spelled flour
  • 250 grams of low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 banana
  • salt
  • 1 apple
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 handful of unsalted nuts
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

This is how you make the cottage cheese bread
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Mash the banana, peel the apple and cut into slices. Mix banana, baking powder and cottage cheese to a batter. Add the flour and egg. Chop the apple and nuts finely and mix with the cinnamon. Mix everything together and pour the batter into a cake tin. Bake for 50-55 minutes. Store the cottage cheese bread in a piece of baking paper in the refrigerator.
