Tip:how do I prevent my cake from falling after baking?

Unfortunately, it often happens that a cake sinks a little when baked.

This is obviously not what we wanted!

But the transition from hot to ambient air is not appreciated by these cakes.

To avoid this, remember to leave it in the oven for 1/2 hour , door open as soon as it is cooked.
