The vegetable pie is a simple recipe to make, even if you are not a great chef or a cooking fan.
A pie like this doesn't require a lot of ingredients or preparation. Watch:

- 1 puff pastry
- 1 egg
- 1 small jar of fresh cream
- gruyere
- leftover vegetables
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil
- salt and pepper
1. Place the puff pastry in a pie pan.
2. In a container, pour the fresh cream.
3. Break the egg and add it to the fresh cream.
4. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Mix.
6. Brown the vegetables in a pan with olive oil.
7. Spread the vegetables on the bottom of the pie.
8. Pour over the fresh cream mixed with the egg.
9. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
10. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 220°.
And that's it, it's over! Your vegetable pie is already ready :-)
