This healthy dish consists of only 5 ingredients and is quick and easy to prepare. The Honeytomatoes® have a firm bite and are real seasonings in this dish!
Ingredients
for 4 people
- 1 tray (180 g) Honeytomatoes®
- 500 g cod
- 350 g green asparagus
- 100 ml garden herb stock
- 2 tsp olive oil
Preparation method
- Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
- Remove the hard bottom of the green asparagus and divide the asparagus together with the Honeytomatoes® and the garden herb stock in an oven dish.
- Dab the cod fillets and cut them into 4 pieces. Divide the cod over the baking dish and drizzle the olive oil over the fish and vegetables. Place the baking dish in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fish.
- Divide the cod and vegetables among the plates and serve immediately.
