A tasty vegetarian dish.
Ingredients for 4 people
• 2 packs of Aviko Mini Gratins
• 1 aubergine
• 2 courgettes
• 4 medium tomatoes
• 2 red onions
• Garlic-olive oil
• Parmesan cheese 150 gr.
• 60 gr. chopped fresh herbs:
thyme, parsley and basil
• Large baking dish
• Oven
Getting started
• Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
• Cut all vegetables into slices of approximately 2.5 centimeters.
• Place all slices of vegetables in a roof-tiling pattern and alternately with the mini gratins in a greased oven dish .
• Drizzle generously with garlic-olive oil and the thyme leaves.
• Bake the gratin dish for about 20 minutes.
• Before serving, sprinkle with chopped basil, parsley and freshly grated Parmesan. cheese.
