- Leftover rice
- Ham or leftover meat
- Vegetable scraps (ratatouille, tomatoes, zucchini, mushrooms...)
- Gruyere
1. Mix all the ingredients together.
2. Put them in a gratin dish.
3. Add fresh cream or béchamel.
4. Cover with Gruyère.
5. Put in the oven at 180°C for 15 min .
There you go, you now know how to cook your leftover rice :-)
