A good homemade chocolate mousse, what is it is good !

Not that much, if you follow our secret recipe.
With our grandmother's recipe, your chocolate mousse is inescapable. Watch:

- 200g dark chocolate
- 6 eggs
- 20g caster sugar
- 100 g of butter
1. Melt your chocolate with your butter in a bain-marie.
2. Break your eggs by putting whites and yolks in separate containers.
3. Chill your yolks, keep them for another recipe.
4. Beat your egg whites until stiff, adding the sugar towards the end, little by little, while still beating.
5. Add some of the whipped egg whites to the chocolate-butter mixture.
6. Mix gently.
7. Add the rest of the whites little by little, mixing gently.
8. Pour your mousse into a bowl.
Let it rest in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving.
There you go, your light chocolate mousse is ready :-)
