Here's the secret trick to making successful homemade mayonnaise. Watch:

- 1 egg
- 1/3 liter of oil
- 1 teaspoon of mustard
- Salt / pepper
1. Pour a teaspoon of mustard into a bowl.
2. Then add the egg yolk.
3. Peel a small potato.
4. Pierce it with a fork.
5. Gently swirl with this fork while gradually adding the oil.
And there you have it, you have made a wonderful and delicious mayonnaise :-)
Easy, quick and delicious, right?
