How about a delicious honey and hazelnut cake?

Don't worry, this recipe is quick and easy to make in just 10 minutes flat.
Here is the delicious recipe for the honey and hazelnut cake . Watch:

- 200 g crushed hazelnuts
- 100 g of flour
- 100 g liquid honey
- 2 eggs
- 50 g of butter
- 50g of sugar
- salad bowl
- spatula
- drummer
- buttered mold
Preparation: 10 mins - Cooking: 30 min - For 6 people
1. Preheat the oven to 150° (thermostat 5).
2. In a bowl, mix the flour, hazelnuts and sugar with the spatula.
3. Separate the egg yolks from the whites.
4. Add the softened butter, yolks and honey.
5. Mix to obtain a homogeneous but fairly compact paste.
6. Beat the egg whites.
7. Incorporate the egg whites into the batter, gently lifting it with the spatula.
8. Mix gently.
9. Pour the batter into a buttered and floured pan.
10. Put in the oven and cook for about 30 minutes.
And There you go ! Your honey and hazelnut cake is already ready to be tasted :-)
Easy, quick and delicious, right?
With a little custard or a scoop of ice cream, it's so good!
I found, at my local beekeeper, a mixture of honey and hazelnut paste.
When I don't have any hazelnuts on hand, I use this honey-hazelnut in my recipe.
A variant with almonds, walnuts or pistachios is possible according to your tastes.
