How to make a fluffy cake without flour?
My pastry chef friend gave me his technique for making a good yogurt cake without using flour.
Just replace the flour with cornstarch. Don't worry, it's unmissable!
Here is the delicious recipe for flourless yogurt cake ready in 5 min :

- 1 pot of organic yoghurt
- 3 eggs
- 2 cornflour yoghurt pots
- 1 pot of powdered sugar yogurt
- 1 teaspoon of yeast
- 1/2 jar of sunflower oil
- butter to grease the mold
- salad bowl
- whip
- cake tin
Preparation: 5 mins - Cooking: 35 mins - For 6 people
1. Preheat the oven to 180°.
2. Put the eggs and yogurt in the bowl.
3. Beat them with the whip.
4. While stirring, gradually add the cornstarch, baking powder, powdered sugar and oil.
5. Stir the mixture well to have a homogeneous paste.
6. Pour the batter into the buttered pan.
7. Put in the oven and cook for about 35 minutes.
And There you go ! Your delicious yogurt cake without flour is already ready :-)
