There is a delicious recipe for cooking a lactose-free chocolate fondant.
Yes, you don't even need to use butter or milk!
The cooking trick is to replace dairy products with avocado .
Don't worry, you won't taste the avocado at all once the cake is baked. Look, it's quite simple:

For 1 cake or 12 sweets:
- 2 ripe avocados
- 200g dark pastry chocolate
- 120g of sugar
- 2 or 3 tbsp. at s. flour
- 3 eggs
1. Take out all your ingredients and preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Cut the avocados in half and remove the skin.
3. Blend the avocados until smooth.
4. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie.
5. Add the chocolate to the mashed avocado and stir gently.
6. Add the powdered sugar and mix.
7. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well between each egg.
8. Put 2 or 3 tablespoons of flour to thicken the dough a little.
9. Mix gently.
10. Pour into sweet moulds.
11. Bake for about 10 to 12 minutes at 180°.
12. Leave to cool well before unmolding.
And There you go ! Your dairy-free chocolate fondant is already ready to be tasted :-)
