- 2 ripe avocados

- 200g dark pastry chocolate

- 2 or 3 tbsp. at s. flour

- 3 eggs

1. Take out all your ingredients and preheat the oven to 180°C.

2. Cut the avocados in half and remove the skin.

3. Blend the avocados until smooth.

4. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie.

5. Add the chocolate to the mashed avocado and stir gently.

6. Add the powdered sugar and mix.
