- 400g chicken fillets

- salt, pepper

- 20g mustard

- 30 ml of olive oil

- 200 g grated mozzarella

- 1 avocado, sliced

- 4 tablespoons of fresh cream

- tortillas

How to

1. Heat 15 ml of olive oil in a frying pan.

2. Add the chicken fillets and salt and pepper to taste.

3. Brown the fillets for five minutes on each side.

4. Brush them with mustard.

5. Pour 60 ml of water.

6. Cover the pan and cook for 5 more minutes.
