INGREDIENTS • 120g butter • 90g dark chocolate • 4 egg whites • 150g sugar • 50g flour
PREPARATION - Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Melt the chocolate and butter. Set aside to cool.
- Wheel the egg whites by pouring in the sugar. Add the flour. Gently mix with a spatula.
- Add the chocolate/butter mixture and mix. Pour into individual molds. Bake for 15 minutes.
