- 1 bottle of champagne or crémant
- 1 ladle of Cointreau
- 1 ladle of lemon juice (Pulco lemon style)
- 50 g cane sugar
1. In a large container, type salad bowl, I pour the cane sugar, the Cointreau and the lemon juice.
2. I add the contents of the bottle of champagne, chilled.
3. I serve immediately, with a ladle, in flutes!
There you go, you made your champagne cocktail without breaking the bank :-)
Easy to make, quick and very economical!
In addition, everyone appreciates this light and sparkling cocktail. With Cointreau, this cocktail is also called "angevine soup".
Looking for a non-alcoholic cocktail? Here are some recipes that should please you.
"Better a good crémant than a bad champagne", was my father's motto.
It must be said that during the end-of-year celebrations, bubbles are in the spotlight at home! But, champagne is not accessible to all budgets.
So I do not hesitate to replace my bottle of champagne with one of crémant, less expensive and just as sparkling!
- 1 bottle of Crémant d'Alsace (for example):€6.10
- 1 ladle of Cointreau:about 10 cl at €28.27 per liter or €2.82
- 1 ladle of lemon juice:about 10 cl at €4.30 per liter or €0.43
- 50 g of cane sugar:€2.20 per kilo, i.e. €0.11
Either a festive aperitif at €1.57 per guest or €9.46 for 6 people.
It goes without saying that this succulent and gourmet preparation should be drunk in moderation! Alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health.
