Recipe for the perfect hummus

Easy as a healthy dip.

Ingredients

  • 200 grams dried chickpeas that have been boiled for 2 hours after soaking for 8 hours
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Lemon juice from half a lemon
  • Splash chickpea liquid
  • Salt

Let the chickpeas cool after cooking. Mix all ingredients and make a smooth mass in the food processor. Then add a dash of olive oil and sprinkle some paprika over it.
