We all like to barbecue with friends.

Fortunately, there is a very simple solution to have very tender meat.
The solution is to make a small marinade for the meat based on lemon juice and olive oil.
1. Put lemon juice in a container.
2. Add a drizzle of olive oil.
3. Marinate your meat in this mixture for 1 hour.
There you go, your meat is tender and, moreover, well flavored :-)
Simple, practical and effective!
