The problem with ice cream is that when you take it out to dessert, it's too cold to cut.
So, we have to wait until it has melted a little to put it in the cups and finally serve it.
As a result, it arrives limp on the table.
But now, no more worries :
1. Take out your tubs of ice cream before the meal (or in the middle).
2. Wait a few minutes for it to soften slightly.
3. Pre-cut the ice cream scoops.
4. Put them in cupcake molds.
5. Return the pre-cut scoops of ice cream to the freezer.
6. You can use a muffin pan like this one to serve the scoops of ice cream.
There you go, all you have to do is take out your scoops of ice cream and eat them :-)
That way, they stay very cold, and all you have to do is serve them, without waiting for them to soften.
