The sun is shining and the days are getting longer. The BBQ is therefore increasingly being prepared for a tasty and, above all, cozy barbecue with family and friends. But the more barbecues take place, the more difficult it becomes to provide a varied meal. Most prefer meat to fish, and such a fish is quite difficult to prepare on the BBQ. To make the following BBQs a bit easier, we have listed two delicious bbq recipes for you.
1. Barbecue sausage skewers
This recipe is not only very tasty, but it is also very easy to make. To start with, you can easily order the necessary meat online via A-Z bbq meat, so you can quickly start the barbecue without having to leave the house! You need a total of 2 packs of bbq sausage, bell pepper, onion, honey, mustard and olive oil. Making the skewers is very easy and great fun to prepare with the whole family. Cut the bbq sausage into three equal pieces. Then cut the bell pepper and onion into pieces about the same size as the sliced sausage. In this way the ratio of the taste remains the best. Make a fine marinade of honey, mustard and olive oil and mix in the sausage pieces and sliced vegetables. Let it marinate for a while and then thread it alternately on a skewer. A piece of sausage, a piece of onion, a piece of pepper and another piece of sausage. Let them cool in the fridge and they are ready for the bbq!
Variation tip:Try this recipe with pieces of chicken, or use other vegetables such as aubergine.
2. Homemade burgers
A hamburger is of course indispensable from the BBQ. But before you hit the grocery store to buy a few packs of burgers, give it a try yourself! Buy (possibly different types) enough meat such as minced meat and mix this as you want. For example, cut onions into small pieces and mix them into the minced meat mixture. Or how about mushrooms, or even cheese? By making your own burgers you can vary. For example, one time you can make hamburgers with a lot of meat, but another time replace half of the required portion of meat with mushrooms, for example. Making the burger is easy:mix all the ingredients and add some herbs such as garlic, oregano or even some turin. Mix the (minced) mixture with 1 egg, any added vegetables and some breadcrumbs, and then roll the mixture into balls. Let these balls stiffen in the fridge for a while before you flatten them into a hamburger shape:and you're done!
