We're not going to lie to each other, the kitchen has the gift of comforting us in a few bites. Better still, it can make us travel in the space of a meal, if the flavors are present. And precisely, the Asian cuisine is a delicious mishmash of sweet and spicy notes, and both crunchy and melt-in-the-mouth textures. A culinary experience which is all good.
On the occasion of the Chinese New Year, which takes place this year on February 12, we put on our apron to concoct some traditional dishes and try new recipes. The key word is to mix the flavors! So, to vary the pleasures, let yourself be tempted by sautéed noodles with vegetables and spices , glazed meat or shrimp in coconut milk .
