As far as cooking is concerned, respect the dosages :2 volumes of rice for 3 volumes of water. Start cooking the rice in cold water and covered. Finally, at the end of the cooking, turn off the heat and let your rice rest (always covered) so the steam will help loosen the grains from the side of the pan. Results ? A perfect rice, neither sticky nor too dry!
