Thin, light and inexpensive, my zucchini flan with basil is a real delight.
An original way to seduce my guests and have my children taste vegetables.

- 2 eggs
- 15 cl of fresh cream
- 50g grated cheese
- 1 onion
- A few basil leaves
- Olive Oil

Cooking:25 mins
1. I wash my courgettes, peel them and cut them into very thin slices.
2. I finely chop my onion and my basil.
3. I preheat my oven to 180° (thermostat 6).
4. In a frying pan, I pour a drizzle of olive oil, brown my onion and brown my zucchini slices for 10 minutes over low heat.
5. I salt and pepper.
6. I butter a gratin dish and pour my preparation into it.
7. I add my beaten eggs, my basil and my grated cheese and put my dish in the oven for 25 min.
I serve hot!
For a more refined dressing, pour your preparation into individual ramekins and enjoy this flan with fish.
You can also add a little parmesan for a stronger flavor (be careful in this case not to add too much salt to your preparation because parmesan is a cheese that is already very high in salt). And with a tomato coulis, it will be more colorful and tasty!
