1. I cut my chicken cutlets into small cubes.
2. I then place them in the bowl of my blender and add my egg. I salt and pepper.
3. I mix everything to obtain very small pieces of meat.
4. I shape 12 small balls of meat by hand that I flatten a little.
5. In a deep plate, I pour my breadcrumbs and I wet it a little with the milk in order to slightly rehydrate my dry bread.
6. In another hollow plate, I put my flour and finally in a 3rd plate, I pour my beaten egg.
7. I pass each piece of meat, in turn, in my flour, then my egg and finally my breadcrumbs.
8. I cook my nuggets over low heat in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil for 5 to 6 minutes per side so that they brown well.
I enjoy it with a nice plate of homemade fries!
