No, not ready-made industrial fish, but my economical and family recipe for homemade breaded fish!
Yes, tonight is breaded fish for the whole family!
And there, it's guaranteed success and smiles galore!
- 6 white fish fillets of your choice (hake, cod, sea bream, etc.)
- 3 eggs
- 200 g of flour
- 200 g breadcrumbs
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
1. Put the flour in a flat plate and then the breadcrumbs in another.
2. In a deep plate, beat the eggs.
3. Salt and pepper the fish fillets then cut them into large pieces.
4. Each in turn, dip each fillet in flour, beaten eggs and then breadcrumbs.
5. With a drizzle of olive oil, cook them until they are golden brown and crispy.
There you go, you have made your delicious homemade breaded fish :-)
Simple, practical and economical!
We decorate our breaded fish with a squeeze of lemon and serve them with fries and… ketchup!
My darlings and my husband will eat lighter in their respective canteens tomorrow at noon!
