Everyone has their opinion on the recipe for small chocolate fondants.
But, ultimately, the best is that of our grandmothers!
Not only is it delicious and really economical, but it's also easy to make.

- 140g dark chocolate
- 100g soft butter
- 3 eggs
- 50 g of flour
- 60 g of sugar
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C.
2. Butter and flour 4 individual ramekins.
3. Melt the chocolate in small pieces in a bain-marie.
4. Add the butter.
5. Mix to obtain a smooth paste.
6. Whisk the eggs with the sugar until frothy.
7. Add the melted chocolate and flour to the sugared eggs.
8. Mix well.
9. Divide the preparation into the ramekins.
10. Bake the small fondants for 10 minutes.
