I had been looking for the perfect chocolate cake recipe for some time, but without it being too complicated (the eggs in snow, coughed, coughed).
I found this one on the Internet and I wanted to test it with you! I can already tell you that it was very very good, I was happy with myself! Okay, chocolate cake is not the most original recipe in the world. But you know how to start cooking and I want to show you simple things, which are accessible to everybody. 200g dark chocolate
150g of butter
150g of sugar
50g of flour
4 eggs
1- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (thermostat 6)
2- Cut the chocolate into squares and melt it in the pan with the butter
3- Pour the chocolate into a bowl, add the sugar and flour, mix well
4- Add the 4 eggs to the preparation, mix with a whisk
5- Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees, watch the cooking
6- Leave the cake to cool for a few minutes and sprinkle with icing sugar if desired
Can be served with custard! Yum yum!
