Preparation
Break the chocolate into a saucepan, add the butter and melt gently over very low heat.
Coarsely crush the hazelnuts to keep pieces and put them in a salad bowl. Add the eggs, sugar, flour and melted butter and chocolate mixture.
Pour the preparation into a cake tin and bake in preheated at 210°C for 20 to 25 minutes.
Observation
The cake can also be made with milk chocolate, rather than dark chocolate!
