Break the chocolate into a saucepan, add the milk and melt gently while stirring.
Remove from the heat, add the cream and whisk until smooth. Then add the egg yolks, mix well and finally the sugar, almond powder and flour. Homogenize.
Add the stiffly beaten egg whites last.
Fill a mold previously buttered and put 25 min in oven th 6-7 (180°C).
Let cool and enjoy!
